Hon Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin over the rejection of the 2022 Budget.
According to the first who who joined the bandwagon to stage walkout in a clear breech of of the 1992 Constitution (Article 104) Standing Orders 109 overturned the earlier decision which rejected 2022 budget.
For this, the 2022 Budget Statement presented by the Finance Minister Mr Ken Ofori-Atta was approved by the NPP’s 137 members.
Ironically the exercise was held without the participation of the 137 minority MPs who did not attend Parliamentary proceedings on Tuesday.
